About the Mascots & Our License

Are these figurines officially licensed by FIFA?

Yes. Every figurine sold at FIFA26Collectibles is an officially licensed product of the FIFA World Cup 2026™. We carry Clutch, Zayu, and Maple — the three official tournament mascots — under official license from FIFA. The FIFA Official Licensed Product mark appears on our packaging and product imagery.

Who are Clutch, Zayu, and Maple?

They are the official mascots of the 2026 FIFA World Cup™, representing the three host nations of North America:

Clutch 🦅 — The American Eagle, symbolizing strength and pride (United States)
Zayu 🐆 — The Mexican Jaguar, embodying heritage and passion (Mexico)
Maple 🫎 — The Canadian Moose, representing warmth and hospitality (Canada)

What sizes do the figurines come in?

We currently offer two sizes, each sold as a complete trio set:

2.4-inch (6 cm) sets — Available in Type A and Type B variants, $47.99 per set
3.5-inch (9 cm) sets — Larger collector size, $71.99 per set

Every set includes all three mascots.

What are the figurines made of?

Our figurines are crafted from premium PVC and resin and are designed to be display-ready and built to last. They meet ASTM F963 (US) and EN71 (EU) international safety standards.

Are these suitable for children?

Our figurines are recommended for ages 15 and up. They are detailed collector's items and may contain small parts that are not appropriate for young children.

Shipping & Delivery

How long will my order take to arrive?

All orders ship from our US distribution center within 1–2 business days of being placed. Standard delivery within the contiguous United States takes 2–4 business days after dispatch. You'll receive a tracking link by email the moment your order ships.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free on every order within the United States. No hidden fees, no surcharges, no handling costs at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we ship exclusively within the United States to guarantee fast delivery for World Cup fans across the host nation.

Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a direct link to follow your package.

What if my package is lost or arrives damaged?

Contact us at business@officialip.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number — and photos if applicable for damage claims — and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Payment & Security

What payment methods do you accept?

We process all payments securely through PayPal Checkout. At checkout you can pay using:

Your PayPal account balance, or
Any major credit or debit card — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover — no PayPal account required

Just click the PayPal button at checkout and select "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" if you'd prefer to use a card directly.

I don't have a PayPal account. Can I still buy?

Yes, absolutely. When you reach the PayPal checkout page, look for the option that says "Pay with Debit or Credit Card" (sometimes shown as "Pay as Guest"). You'll be able to complete your purchase in about 30 seconds using any major credit or debit card without ever creating a PayPal account.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes. Our checkout is protected by PayPal's industry-leading encryption and Shopify's PCI-compliant infrastructure. We never see or store your full card details. Every transaction is encrypted end-to-end.

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Yes — as long as your order hasn't shipped yet. Email business@officialip.com with your order number within 12 hours of ordering and we'll make the change. Once your order has been dispatched, it falls under our standard return policy below.

How do I use a discount code?

At checkout, enter your code in the "Discount code" field and click Apply.

Our current promotion offers 40% off sitewide automatically
Use code FIFA at checkout for an additional 5% off your order
Codes cannot be combined, and only one code may be used per order

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. If you're not completely satisfied, return your figurines in their original unused condition and packaging for a full refund. Return shipping is covered by the buyer unless the product is defective or damaged in transit.

How do I start a return?

Email business@officialip.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll reply within one business day with return instructions and the return address.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive your returned item we inspect it within 2 business days and issue your refund to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear in your account within 3–5 business days after processing.

Caring for Your Collection

How should I display and care for my figurines?

To keep your collection looking its best:

Display indoors, away from direct sunlight
Keep them out of humid environments
Dust gently with a soft, dry cloth
Avoid cleaning chemicals, solvents, or water

Will more designs be released?

Yes. As we approach the 2026 FIFA World Cup™ and throughout the tournament, we plan to release additional limited-edition variants, special gift packaging, and exclusive sets. Subscribe to our newsletter on the homepage to be the first to know about new releases.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk discounts?
