At Official IP, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every collectible purchase. Due to the unique nature of our collectible figurine products, our refund policy contains specific conditions to maintain product integrity and value for all collectors.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns and refunds under the following conditions:
- Time Limit: Return requests must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date as confirmed by tracking information.
- Condition: Items must be returned in their original, sealed, and unopened packaging. We cannot accept returns for items that have been opened, displayed, or removed from original packaging.
- Proof of Purchase: A valid order number and receipt are required for all returns.
Collectible Specific Policy
Important Notice for Collectible Items
Due to the collectible nature of our products, returns are only accepted for sealed/unopened items. Once the seal is broken or the packaging is opened, the item's collectible value is compromised, and we cannot accept returns for exchange or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or unsealed collectible items
- Products removed from original packaging
- Items showing signs of display, wear, or damage caused by improper handling after delivery
- Gift cards or digital products
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Limited Edition" where explicitly stated
Return Process
- Contact our customer service at business@officialip.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for return authorization and instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
- Ship the item in its original packaging with all accessories and documentation included to the address below.
- Provide tracking information for the return shipment.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued.
- Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Return Shipping Costs
Defective or Incorrect Items: If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please provide photographic evidence of the defect within 48 hours of delivery.
Change of Mind: For returns due to change of mind or other non-defective reasons, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot issue refunds for items lost in return transit.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Email us at business@officialip.com within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include clear photographs of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label.
- We will offer either a replacement (if stock permits) or a full refund including original shipping costs.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order enters the fulfillment process, it cannot be canceled, but may be returned under this policy upon receipt.
