By accessing and placing an order with Official IP, you confirm that you are at least 15 years of age or older. If you are under 15, you must have permission from a parent or guardian to use this website. By using this site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (excluding credit card information) may be transferred unencrypted and involve transmissions over various networks.

3. Products & Intellectual Property

All products sold on Official IP are collectible figurines inspired by international football culture. We explicitly state that we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIFA, the 2026 FIFA World Cup, or any official football governing body unless specifically noted on individual product pages.

All designs, images, trademarks, and content on this website are the intellectual property of TELOS TRADING LIMITED and are protected by international copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any content is strictly prohibited.

4. Pricing, Payment & Billing
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

4.2 Currency & Pricing

All prices are displayed in United States Dollars (USD). Product prices do not include shipping costs or applicable sales taxes.

4.3 Payment Processing & Security

We utilize PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant third-party payment processors (including Airwallex and/or Stripe) to handle all transactions securely. Your payment information is encrypted using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology and is never stored on our servers. We do not have access to your full credit card number or CVV code after transaction completion.

4.4 Authorization & Settlement

When you place an order, your payment method will be authorized immediately to verify sufficient funds. The actual charge will be processed at the time of shipment. In some cases, your bank may show both the authorization hold and the final charge simultaneously; the authorization hold will typically drop off within 1-3 business days.

4.5 Taxes

Sales tax will be applied to orders shipped to applicable U.S. states based on local tax regulations. All prices shown are exclusive of such taxes unless otherwise stated.

4.6 Billing Disputes & Chargebacks

If you believe there is an error in your billing or you did not authorize a charge, please contact our customer service at business@officialip.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving issues promptly.

If a chargeback is initiated without prior communication, we reserve the right to provide your bank with transaction records, delivery confirmations, and correspondence to prove order fulfillment. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension and referral to collection agencies or legal authorities.

5. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to: product availability, errors in product or pricing information, suspected fraudulent activity, or inability to obtain payment authorization.

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order enters the fulfillment process, it cannot be canceled, but may be eligible for return under our Refund Policy upon receipt.

If your order is canceled after payment has been processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

6. Shipping & Delivery

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays) from our US-based fulfillment center. Estimated delivery times are 7-15 business days for addresses within the United States. We currently ship to the United States only. Title and risk of loss for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by weather conditions or carrier disruptions beyond our control.

7. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for sealed and unopened items only. Due to the collectible nature of our products, returns are only accepted for items in their original, sealed packaging. Once opened, items cannot be returned.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is defective or incorrect. Full details are available in our Refund Policy.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose or to engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the operation of the site. You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the service without express written permission from TELOS TRADING LIMITED.

Reselling products purchased from Official IP for commercial purposes requires prior written authorization. Violation of this policy may result in account termination and legal action.

9. Limitation of Liability

TELOS TRADING LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our products or website, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the site shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

All collectibles are intended for display purposes. Small parts may present choking hazards. Keep away from children under 3 years of age.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in London, United Kingdom in accordance with the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) Rules. Judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction thereof.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

12. Severability
